TBT was an easy walk up the street from our hotel to their location. We were quickly and courteously outfitted and soon on our way. The guides were so amiable and knowledgeable. The ride was not difficult at all at any time and we saw so many beautiful sights. We biked the islands so that got us a ferry ride too which was a nice extra.

Me and my co-worker were visiting Toronto for The Building Show at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. After the business had ended we decided to do some fun stuff and came across Toronto Bicycle Tours! We had the island tour early on a cold and foggy Sunday morning and we were the only two that day. Nevertheless, Terrence, our nice guide came out to meet us and gave us great time. The guidance was good and educational, the bikes were better than new and the whole experience excellent!

Had a Sunday in Toronto while travelling for work and wanted to do something to see the city. TripAdvisor recommended Toronto Bike tours. Was with a colleague and we weren't sure whether to do the city or Islands tour, but after chatting with Terrance via email decided on the Islands tour. BTW his communication was great, very helpful and responsive, including recommendations for breakfast beforehand! Directions on website were great, liked the picture of the entrance to the parking garage which made sure we were in the right place. As it was out of season it was just two of us on the tour, but that was great our guide Tara was really knowledgeable and excellent company. When we arrived she was already with bikes prepared etc so we didn't waste any time, it was a beautiful day but cold so she provided hand warmers and woolen ponchos which were really good and kept us toasty and warm. The tour was well planed and ran really efficiently including a ferry crossing which was a great place to get a view of the city from as well. Tara took lots of photos during the tour and shared them via flickr afterwards which was a nice touch. Can't recommend highly enough.

I had a one on one downtown tour of Toronto (it's a quiet time of year and week!) I'm not spending too much time in Toronto so it was a fantastic way to see the City and it's highlights along with a bit of gentle exercise. Wengsi was a very accommodating and friendly guide so a big thanks to her :) The bike was really comfy and well-maintained and I felt that the route was well planned and that we packed in a lot - a good mixture of touristy and not so touristy sights. The email the day before the tour was a good reminder with all the relevant info to come prepared. Thank you! x

Thoroughly enjoyed the bike tours. Raphael and Rob were excellent guides. The bikes were comfortable and had been prepared prior to the tour. Helmet and poncho given out. Would highly recommend this tour.

I took my team on a Toronto Island Bike Tour .. and it was fabulous. They were a dream to work with, my group had a great time, the tour was interesting, and we felt as though we were miles away from Toronto, yet we were only on Toronto Island. Interesting, great pace, great food ... and completely convenient. All we had to do was show up -- they did everything else. Looking forward to doing it again.

Our family (2 adults and 2 children, age 10 and 11) did a fabulous private city tour with the wonderfully entertaining and well-informed William. This activity truly deserves its number 1 position in TripAdvisor - from the excellent quality of bicycles, to the well-organized tour, and spontaneity of the guide. Definitely not to be missed.

What better way to explore the city than on bike with a knowledgeable and entertaining guide. Only in town for a two days, I was looking for an activity to get a good introduction of the city, hot spots and a bit of history. With Jeffery as our guide, all those boxes were checked and more. He provided a variety of information ranging from architecture, "must try" food items and scenes, neighbor hoods new and old, and places to check out- above and under ground. In addition to answering questions, he kept us engaged by asking thought provoking questions keeping us on our toes. The bikes and helmets were new, and pre-selected to ensure a comfortable fit.

I did the downtown and islands tour and I cannot recommend this tour enough!! Firstly the guides were really friendly and enthusiastic, full of interesting information about the city; always professional yet easygoing. The tour itself was really good, loved seeing the islands especially, so beautiful! I wouldn't be confident cycling in the city but they made it all quite simple. I forgot my coat and it was quite chilly; was offered a jacket, hat, gloves which just made it for me as I cannot handle the cold. Highly recommend as a fun and different way to see the city; way better than any bus tour!

We loved the Toronto Islands Evening Bike Tour! Our guide, Zoe L., was outstanding and her enthusiasm for Toronto was infectious. We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a little mini-adventure in the city. Beautiful scenery in a really special place!

We took the bicycle tour as part of a business rewards trip. What a great experience! The staff was great, the bikes were new and in excellent condition. We were taken to many places we wouldn't have seen or known about in the city. The staff were residents of Toronto and new all the great places to visit and show us. I totally recommend this tour company for a day of bike riding!

Did the Toronto Islands morning bike tour and thoroughly enjoyed. Our guide Jacquie was lovely - very knowledgeable and friendly (and very responsible, considering my crazy mother hadn't been on a bike in years). Really been the highlight of our trip to Toronto, definitely recommend the islands tour to anyone who wants to see a different view of the city.

The Concierge Team from a downtown Toronto Hotel decided to take the tour as a monthly outing and team building exercise. The meeting point is easily accessible by subway. Our guide Genny was fantastic and very knowledgeable. The tour lasted for approximately 3 hours and covered a large cross section of downtown Toronto. As someone who has lived in the City for over 20 years I learned a few things from Genny. I highly recommend the tour as a unique way to see the City. You will experience a side of Toronto that you will not see on a typical tour bus. I want to add that you do not have to be an experienced cyclist to take the tour. One of the Concierges had never ridden a bike before and was able to use a tandem bike to enjoy the tour.

At the beginning of September we had the Downtown & Island Twilight Combo. It was an excellent way to get a comprehensive overview of Toronto. On our own we would never have visited all of the various neighborhoods Terrence showed us. He was a knowledgeable and attentive guide who shared his love of Toronto with us. For us the Twilight Tour on Toronto Island topped the Downtown Tour. It was an Mediterranean type of evening, there was life music all over the island and the sunset with the Toronto skyline was really gorgeous. Zoe L, our amiable guide gave us informative insights about the inhabitants of Toronto Island. We had a great talk about a wide range of issues. We highly recommended this Combo Tour!

Zoe B was our guide and was brilliant at pointing out the interesting points you would not see on normal tours - as well as some "interesting locals!!" the major city sites are also included. The tour was not physically demanding and there was plenty of water provided on the warm day. Zoe kindly pointed out areas to visit should we have more time and plenty of places to eat. It was great to go up the CN tower after the tour as you had an idea of the layout of the city. I would highly recommend this tour - book in advance!

We booked the downtown tour and were lucky to get Terrence as our tour guide. From the word go he was attentive and at the same time great fun. Safety was never overlooked and his knowledge and delivery was very impressive. As a group we have been on many city bicycle tours and this is definitely up there with the best. Great value, safe, fun and very informative. Many thanks Terrence from us all!

We visited Toronto Bike Tours on our first trip to Toronto and we met Will and one other lady on the tour. Will was immediately welcoming and helpful. We set off on an easy ride down to the ferry where Will gave us a brief history of the city and the Toronto Islands. Will showed us all the cool spots on the Toronto Islands and was full of information and history of the location. Will even helped us at the end to figure out some great places to eat and things to do while in the city. He was fun and personable and we would for sure recommend him to visitors. This tour was well worth every penny and far exceeded our expectations of the tour. The time flew by and the best part was taking photos at sunset of the Toronto skyline. It was fantastic.

We were a family of four (2 children 12 & 14 ) the tour was informative & fun. Just the right pitch to keep us all entertained. The time went quickly it was a hot day but our guide Jeffrey had plenty of water & a snack halfway. A great way of getting to see Downtown & to pick up areas we wanted to revisit. We all felt very safe . Would highly recommend the bike tour.

We were in a small group of 5 people. Our guide Zoe B took us on the downtown tour and she was absolutely great. She was passionate, knowledgeable and interacted with a charming sense of humour with the group. I recommend you do this tour at the start of your trip as it really helps you to understand the city and the various areas. We have an 18 year old son and it was the perfect introduction to Toronto as a city and it's life/culture. Would definitely do it again.

– Karina P

I went on the Downtown and Island combo yesterday and had a fabulous time! Jeff - you are a great tour guide - you tick all the boxes - you brought the downtown area to life for us and we loved every minute!

– Jill S

A birthday gift, me and 5 friends had the most fun. Genny was our guide and she was lighthearted, very knowledgeable and fun to be with. One of the most fun ways to see different parts of our amazing city. We all highly recommend it, and if you can ask for Genny. Will definitely do it again sometime......when I was asked what if anything could have made the day even better, I truly couldn't come up with a single thing. Thanks again and thanks C for the birthday gift......It was awesome.

OMG, cannot say enough good things about our tour. We were a family of nine with kids ranging from 11 to 18, and four adults. Some of us were well experienced bicyclists and some of us were newbies, ALL enjoyed.

I booked a private tour (Heart of Downtown) for my company and we couldn't be more pleased. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was wonderful to cruise through the city and learn new things about it. Even though my company knows Toronto very well since we are locals, it was illuminating to see things with fresh eyes.

– Mayasonar, Toronto Canada

Did the "Heart of Downtown" tour, aka Toronto 101, and it was great! The best way to see Toronto in my opinion! We had a small group, and our tour guide was really funny. He kept the tour interesting the whole time with jokes and quizzes. Didn't even notice that 3.5 hours had gone by! The bikes were very comfortable to ride, and most of the tour was flat. We stopped frequently to look around and learn about different areas. We got to see areas that I never would have seen on my own. Highly recommended!

Terrence is a great guide and cycle leader with excellent knowledge of the city. The Downtown Cycle Tour is a great way to familiarize yourself with the best areas within the city and get your bearings. The equipment used is in great condition, and Terrence was a great host for the afternoon. I would definitely recommend this activity and do it again.
