Ticketing Process

You will receive a email confirmation (with your registration code and precise meeting location details) immediately upon completion of your purchase.

Simply print your confirmation and bring it with you, and you’ll have everything you need. No physical tickets will be mailed to you or have to be picked up before the tour.

Activity-Specific Policies

Please review our activity specific policies.  Once tickets are purchased, these are binding.

Refundable with 2 weeks notice, can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice.  

Once purchased, tickets can be refunded with 2 weeks notice. You may reschedule your tickets (subject to availability) if you do so at least 48 hours in advance.  Otherwise your ticket can be converted into a gift certificate that you can use later or give to a friend.

Valid driver’s license, and credit card required with all rentals.

Have fun, but please don’t abuse our rentals because you are accountable for any damage to the equipment.

Participants must sign a waiver before renting. 

Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign for them.

On rare occasions, we may not be able to meet your reservation needs.

We’ll do our best to notify you in advance or accommodate you with substitutions.

Activity may be cancelled due to severe weather.

The activity usually runs in light rain and other moderate weather conditions, but we may cancel the activity up to an hour before the start time in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions. If we cancel the activity, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule tickets (subject to availability), receive credit for a future tour or receive a refund.

Participants must wear a helmet during the rental.

Please be aware that you are required to wear a helmet that is properly fastened whenever you are riding. This is for your own protection as well as a requirement of our insurance.  We thank you for your cooperation.
