The Edible Path
A Culinary Cycling Tour of Toronto

Explore Toronto’s culinary past and the people that are shaping our food culture.
Pedal with Toronto Bicycle Tours through the city’s vibrant food scene, exploring the neighbourhoods, flavours, and personal stories that form a realistic look at how the industry has evolved over time.
How did Toronto come to be one of the most dynamic food cities in the world? Through generations of hard work! The modern Toronto appetite wouldn’t be what it is without the chefs, line cooks, dishwashers, dads and aunties working to get the city fed.
From the modern-day spice trade to how different parts of a chef’s identity shape a new dinner menu, nothing gets left unturned––or untasted on this leisurely 15 km ride through Toronto’s West End.
We’re discussing: the patty wars, how different neighbourhoods were settled and what Ontario actually…tastes like? See, the best eats are just as often enjoyed sitting on the curb as they are beneath a linen tablecloth, if you know where to go. Savour the city with us and enjoy tastings at every stop along the way.
